Case studies

Marshall

Marshall is known for its innovation and cutting-edge audio technology. Members of Marshall's management team visited the Ride High Development Centre in late 2019 for an innovative Leadership and Management training session, incorporating equine facilitated learning (EFL). The feedback from delegates was excellent, including comments like:

The course was more engaging than any training I’ve been on previously. The horses made me aware of how my actions can be interpreted, and I’ll certainly be applying my learning back into the workplace. It’s not uncommon to feel a little drained from training – but by the end of this course the team was still in good spirits – still coming up with ideas, and I think this is a great reflection on the quality of the day.   -  Marshall delegate.

ICAEW

The Institute of Charted Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) visited the Ride High Development Centre in November 2019 for a Communication Skills taster workshop.   Feedback from delegates and the ICAEW's HR team was excellent and included comments like "I loved it, one of the best sessions I’ve been on. I would love to do the full course.”

Following their successful taster session, the ICAEW will be joining us for further training sessions in 2020.
